I am a marwari married to a gujju! I am from the city of lakes-Udaipur and got hooked up with Gujju in Mumbai. Ahh what a foodie combination ;-). And my mom and mom-in-law, both are awesome cooks, and till today I could never replicate the taste that they give to the simplest of foods. Wo kehte hai na swaad haath mein hota hai. I like to try all type of variants of vegetarian food. I like to cook food in different variations and give them a different taste as I get bored with same type of sabji or paratha everytime. I would like to make cabbage in 4 different ways. And since I am so fond of all our Indian spices, somehow I end up giving most of the videshi khana too a desi touch.

By profession I am a combination of banker and an analyst, who later landed into the IT world doing business analysis. Well presently I am a full time home maker spending time with my kiddo. In fact staying at home had inspired me to cook n try different variations and also develop my artistic bend specially during the period we were in US. Obviously how can I forget my hubby's equal contribution to all my hobbies. His support and ideas had always made the things perfect!
